Laboratory management need to improve

The good things

They will teach us, eventhough if you did any mistakes. Easy to learn and easy to take leave

The challenges

Most of workload after 5.30pm, if you want to work here need to forget our family because the work will finish after 7pm onwards and it’s not calculating as overtime . During interviews they will said sometimes have to go late but most of days. It’s look like unfair according to labour laws.

The good things

No at all. Stressfull. Many sample but Qm and Dqm not helpful.

The challenges

No salary increment. After sign contract with them, they will treat you so bad.

The good things

daily routine is simple. work done on daily basis. no carry over workload even if there is many sample everyday. friendly colleague and manager. nice working environment.

no room for career growth. no salary increment. no bonus. managerial stuff a bit haywire. no benefit.
