The good things
This is an IT company that is working together with the goverment, here is where you'll see singapore school using IT and Teaching and Learning. The work here will challenge your knowledge and how you'll adapt with the people. With always new system and policies you need to able to be flexible at all time.
The challenges
Working in my position as a Desktop Engineer and being deployed to schools there is always challenges to be able to adapt to the school but facing constant request makes working and doing work that is under the main company a challenge. The company needs to be able to understand the Desktop Engineer and work together with the MOE so that there is a balance in work.
