The good things
Autonomy as location in charge, employee benefit is adequate with room for growth for those who work hard.
The challenges
Autonomy means responsibility from head to toe, managing and juggling between customer's and management's expectation could be of a challenge. Often time due to manpower constraints, little to no support could have been offered. Employee time often not appreciated with no time offs, no overtime as duty completion beyond work hours is considered obligatory.
