It is very suitable for those who would like working until retire without looking forward for better career & skills

Salary increment is pretty low and the job exposuring skills is quite limited. It is not recommend to those who looking higher salary and want to get new learning without dynamic and fast pacs working environment

You can learn a lot of things from the staff as this Company is big and it employs people from different background. It provides quite good work life balance environment as well with the options of flexible working hours and compressed work schedule.
