A start towards a financial industry oriented career
The good things
Good working environment and very welcoming staff. Provisions for employees basic needs are also excellent. Very organised and well managed.
The challenges
There are no specific challenges. But my advise would be to have a clear priority and good time management. These two are the main things especially in working in this particular industry.
For me personally, I had to learn and be exposed to some concepts that are new to me especially coming from a different field (being from an IT background). Admittedly, I had to maintain a good grasp on what I have learned during my trainee duration there.
