The good things

Good working environment with supportive boss and sufficient support from team. Emphasize on Universal Banker as every departments are to work together to provide comprehensive financial service where to achieve customer's needs and expectation.

The challenges

Stress level come from expectation of superior and self result orientated. With the job role, we need educate customers from zero knowledge of financial planning with unable to take risk but high expectation on returns. And decision of management sometimes may change in sudden with last minutes announcement.
