Meeting quality and SLAs target. Small increment and I don't think there is an option for nego on it

1. Improvement on work-life balance in certain areas, e.g. Consulting & Technology workforce 2. More transparency in employees rewards and tax exemption policy 3. Improvement in business partnering between departments - better understanding in each other needs and responsibilities 4. Improvement in Compensation & Benefits in certain areas (outside of Consulting workforce)
