Previously known as AEGIS but changed to Startek. Job responsibility is fine but the management should be staff engage. The basic is very low and the is no staff benefit given.

Big company but terrible management. Whether you are a contract/permanent staff, the management will always find ways(ridiculous excuses) to kick you out even though your work performances is excellent. It can lead to emotionally distressed & indirectly affected among other colleagues. Even though you're a new/long-term staff you wont be/feel appreciated. Please improved & learn to appreciate your staff!
