Bosses tend to have old school mindset. They point things cannot do while in office just like primary and secondary school,but when some staff do it,they didn't say anything. Bosses like to work only, no social skill at all. Talk, eat and do all things in front of PC. In terms of work, 70% of it is manual procedure where you still need to photocopy things,file the documents yourself, record here and there. Having pc and system but still need to record here and there,so it's multiple unnecessary task. Higher position staff like to pass job to lower position staff so that they can laugh here,watching drama etc. Some dept, the job is very tough but bosses not lenient. You cannot come late a bit, but when you go back late, no one praises you. Staggered hour is not fair, staff come at 8 go back late compared to staff come at 9.30. Job distribution and assignment is unfair.
