Be multitasker but imbalances life

The good things

Be a staff at branch is very multitasker and need to prepare good mentality for every changes that required. Have to be fast leaner and keep update ownself with knowledge, product and service.

The challenges

Their IT ecosystem as a whole is terrible, despite all the adverts that the bank is "digital". Their security team and infrastructure team have no plans to upgrade their systems and procedures, leaving software projects stranded by their very slow responses to work demands. Their development practices are no better either. They claim to practice agile, but none of the teams are doing any agile development. This is misleading to developers who are recruited expecting they will work in an agile company.
