Productive and fun workplace with a ping pong table!
The good things
I did my Internship at Zalora Malaysia Warehouse. The best thing is you don't need to wear formal attire. Every Supervisors for each departments seems like very close with their colleagues. They will encourage you to work with different task by rotating every person in their department do the other task. The culture is very positive and it is a fun environment. New ideas are encouraged and implemented. Every weeks they will throwing a Futsal and Badminton games and everyone is cordially invited to join in. Last but not least, free lunch every Friday.
The challenges
Even this company have great reputation, the basic salary for fresh graduates seems a quite bit low. Top management does need improvement with their action regarding solving problems at the warehouse. They ask every department regarding the problems occur, because we do the work everyday but at the end, they ask us to find the solution by our own.
