The good things

Very positive working ambient with supportive colleague, no matter within Penang GBS team or the global teams that I worked with. It's a people-focused workplace enable the employees are focused on work, without political game.

The challenges

Career growth limitation within the same team, but definitely a good team to work with.

Goods working environment, good peers, challenging, a lot of thing to learn

The good things

Team work, instead of peers you also enjoy to meet their family, working in 3 routine hours - Normal Asia Time, Europe Time and Graveyards time. We are not just working but we know each other well therefore the friendship never end even we have stop working there.

The challenges

Working at graveyards time for about 10 years - meaning working hours is from 8.00 pm to 5.30am - Malaysia Time in order to fulfill requirement to call in supplier from Canada, US and Europe
