Everytime stressed out worrying about company forcing the staff to work outside of our jobs scope & totally different line from our existing job... (Either others subsidiary / boss's personal company)... When they need extra people & they not willing to pay single cent for the extra manpower needed, they will send out email to force every department must send staff to do that job without paying any single cent O/T for working more than 16 hours on Saturday & Sunday... Difficulties in dealing with all the appointed relative's / friend's company which has totally no experience before with this line..
