The good things
High productivity and able to learn new things every year. Fast phase working process everyday and every department follows tight SOPs that will ultimately make ones be a disciplined worker. Overall it was an awesome 6years working experience.

Nothing much but only become challenges for those weak, undisciplined, negative people.

good medical benefit, good salary, its just recently they change the normal working hours to 2 shift working hours .

after the company change the normal working hours into 2 shift working hour its definitely it makes me uncomfortable to work as i do have other commitment to my family.
