Good to start your career

The good things

The company provided me with intensive programming training before sending me out to the client site.As a fresh graduate, they sent me to work in a bank which is a good exposure for me to know more about banking industry.

The challenges

I believed I was underpaid. They also tie you with 2 years contract in exchange for the training they provided and you need to pay 4 months salary if you breached the contract. Not so much for benefit as well.
