The good things

There are a lot of opportunities for you to travel to domestic or international stations. On top of that, the medical benefit is amazing. Was given the biggest room in KPJ when I was admitted there. The size of the organisation is too big, that it is hard for you to climb up the ladder for growth. Not everyone will get the opportunity for promotion, even those who have reached the highest KPI scores.
