The best for industrial trainee to seek a knowledge and face the real job/working environment of industrial sector.
The good things
A systematic approach apply at the organization, work as a team, communicate with each other and also any problem or issue occurs will be solved together as a team. Any consent or idea from each worker will be accepted and review together to seek the solution of the problem occurred.
The challenges
A high pressure working environment but I can adapt to the environment time by time with support from all teammates include from superior management.

RBMA is under the Automotive Electronics (AE) division headquartered in Reutlingen, Germany. The AE portfolio focuses on semiconductors, sensors and control units. In addition to automotive electronics, consumer electronics and the Internet of Things are the target markets with more than 34,000 associates at 38 locations worldwide work.
RBMP is under the Cross-Domain Computing Solutions (XC) division headquartered in Germany. XC is one of the business divisions in the Mobility Solutions business sector of the Bosch Group.
