Great operations and support staff. People are approachable and encouraging. Awesome employee engagement. Provides many incentives and opportunities for self growth and career advancement.
The challenges
The only challenge that I encountered was, the company was too far from my home. So it was really hard going to work and coming home when you're sleepy.
